Landing Page Templates

Every reusable template in simple-leads-sites/templates/, rendered with the example copy from each template's own template.json. Rebuilds automatically whenever a template changes.

These are previews, not client pages. Copy comes from each template's declared slot examples and the photos are borrowed from existing client builds to show the layout honestly. Forms and pixels are inert. Before assigning a template to a client, check the differentiation register in docs/template-differentiation-convention.md.

3 templates are missing from this build. retaining-walls/light-premium-v1, concreting/credential-contrast-v1, decking/outdoor-living-v1 exist in the template library but have not been committed to git, and this page is built from the repo. Commit them and this page will pick them up on the next build.

retaining-walls/pain-led-hero-v1

Production
Niche
retaining-walls
Tier
$30k+ homeowner / builder-adjacent
Slots
56

Retaining wall businesses targeting homeowners with a structural pain point (failing wall, eroding slope, drainage issue). Pain-led hero, named individuals throughout, qualifier-form approach.

When to use

  • Niche: Retaining walls (residential or builder-adjacent)
  • Tier: $30k+ minimum project size
  • Audience: Homeowner with a structural pain point they've already lived with — failing wall, eroding slope, drainage problem
  • NOT for: Sub-$30k jobs (use a simpler qualifier), pure commercial/civil retaining wall (different decision cycle), generic landscaping (use landscaping template)

retaining-walls/builder-credibility-v1

Production
Niche
retaining-walls
Tier
premium
Slots
109

Retaining wall businesses run by a licensed builder (or with equivalent skilled-trade credentials) targeting $20K+ structural jobs. Positions the operator against landscapers as the qualified choice. Use this template when the operator can credibly claim a higher-trade qualification than the typical competitor.

When to use

  • The client is a licensed builder, registered builder, or holds a higher trade qualification than the typical retaining wall competitor in their market
  • Minimum job size is $20,000+ (template is built around premium-tier qualification, not volume)
  • The named owner is on the tools and can be the face of the page
  • There's a story to tell about why the credential matters for retaining walls specifically (soil reports, engineering, post depth, drainage)
  • The client is a landscaper themselves (their credential gap is the wrong direction — use a different template)

retaining-walls/hard-site-specialist-v1

Untested
Niche
retaining-walls
Tier
$20,000+ homeowner / difficult-site specialist
Slots
94

Retaining wall operators whose real edge is taking on the sites other builders refuse — tight access, steep slopes, boundary walls, jobs that need a crane or hand-slotting. Pairs that positioning with a tangible pre-commitment deliverable (3D CAD design plus an itemised cost breakdown). Choose this over pain-led-hero-v1 when the client's differentiator is capability on hard sites rather than a trade credential, and over builder-credibility-v1 when there is no licensing gap to argue.

When to use

  • Niche: Retaining walls, residential or builder-adjacent
  • Tier: $20,000+ minimum project size
  • The client's edge is capability on hard sites — and it is real. They can name the equipment and the methods, and point at completed jobs on sites that look impossible.
  • There is a tangible pre-commitment deliverable — a CAD design, 3D render, engineered drawing, or itemised breakdown the homeowner receives before signing.
  • A named owner who can be attributed on the quote band.

renovations/editorial-premium-v1

Untested
Niche
renovations
Tier
$20,000+ premium renovation homeowner (kitchen, bathroom, whole-room)
Slots
70

Premium renovation businesses selling to design-conscious homeowners who read the standard bold trade look as cheap. Editorial magazine aesthetic, owner-as-single-point-of-contact positioning, two-step form with partial lead capture.

When to use

  • Kitchen, bathroom, or whole-room renovations
  • Premium positioning, $20,000+ minimum project value
  • A design-conscious homeowner audience, not a builder or commercial audience
  • An owner-operator who personally runs the jobs and takes the calls
  • Cold Meta traffic

general/regional-trust-v1

Untested
Niche
general
Tier
Lean / call-first — any trade, small regional or country-town market
Slots
29

Trade businesses in small, non-established regional markets running cold Facebook traffic, where an over-polished page reads as fake and buyers prefer to phone. Single-video hero, click-to-call as the dominant CTA, dead-simple 3-field form, deliberately plain styling. Strong fit for low-competition or monopoly operators who need demand generation, not comparison-shopping persuasion.

When to use

  • Small regional / country-town market, low digital sophistication.
  • Cold Facebook (or other interruption) traffic — the job is demand generation, not winning a comparison. The video ad creates the want; the page captures it and reassures.
  • Low or no local competition (often a monopoly operator). There's no rival to out-argue, so the page stays simple and confident rather than feature-bragging.
  • A named owner buyers will actually speak to.
  • At least one real video asset (work footage or owner-to-camera).
